Electroprecizia, a distinguished group of companies with an experience of 80 years in the Romanian industry, started a two-way transformational project that involved the joint stock company becoming a holding, while the industrial platform was transformed into an industrial and logistics park. In order to implement these directions and to satisfy our new business goals, we developed a strategic masterplan that states all the general actions and activities needed for the total repurposing of the platform.
The park masterplan calls for: the restructuring of the entire establishment, functional structuring and zones of the platform (industry, logistics, services), upgrading the accessibility to the establishment, solutions for developing new green areas and conservation of the existing ones.
