Our industrial and logistics park concept is unique in the center of Romania. It follows the maximization of added value creation, through combining the synergies generated by the production, services and logistic activities with those of the residential and social directions.

MISSION

Our mission calls out for the efficient use of the existing real estate assets and conservation, optimizing and capitalization of our resources.
We are keen on an integrated development of the park by sectoring the establishment in four areas: industrial, logistics and services, residential and social.
Our aim is to create an ecosystem that is suitable for entrepreneurial initiatives (technologies, processes and people).
